Abuja Airport Reopening: Arik Air Resumes Flight Services to Abuja

As the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Abuja reopens for business after six weeks closure due runway repairs,Arik Air today April 19, 2017 resumed scheduled flight operations to the Airport. The airline said it will be operating daily flights between Abuja and Lagos. Other destinations to be connected from Abuja include Ilorin, Ibadan, Gombe, Yola, Sokoto, Port Harcourt and Accra (Ghana). Passengers are advised to buy their tickets on-line at  www.arikair.com  for cheapest fares or visit any Arik Air City/Airport Ticket Office or Travel Agent. Arik Air in a statement also disclosed that it will resume scheduled flight operations to Maiduguri International Airport from   Monday, May 1, 2017 . The airline said the daily flight to Maiduguri will operate via  Abuja Airport.  Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport was  reopened on Tuesday April 18, 2017 after it was closed on March 8, 2017 for major runway repairs.
