Medview Airlines Suspends Regional & International Flights Due Maintenance Checks

The Airline is traditionally known for Safety, Security and Comfort of its customers and has in this wise sent some aircraft in its fleet for C-Check (B737-500) and the wide-bodied aircraft (B767-300ER) for re-configuration / remodeling, while the remaining aircraft in the system were redeployed to consolidate our domestic routes"

While noting that all the affected passengers have been informed through various media platforms and travel partners, Trevor clarified via his LinkedIn page that "the airline has made concerted effort in re-protecting passengers booked on our various International and Regional routes to be carried by partner airlines, such as Ethiopian Airline, Egypt Air, Emirates, Air Maroc, etc. Alternatively, some passengers were reimbursed for ticket purchased; and this special arrangement with these mentioned carriers continues until all passengers holding Med-View tickets are well re-protected."

''Having the interest of our primed customers at heart and for them to get value for their money rather than experiencing avoidable delays/cancellations of flights, informed the painful but decisive decision to suspend the flights pending the re-fleeting of our aircraft" Trevor further explained.
Medview's regional/international destinations include :Lagos to Accra, Lagos to London, Lagos to Dubai and Lagos to Jeddah via Kano.
The carrier plans to offer for subscription a total of 2,249,350,600 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.

The current scarcity and high cost of aviation fuel, coupled with the weak value of the naira have been identified as the main factors preventing the growth of the aviation sector.
